252. Seven Sacred Pools of Maui

Part of Haleakala National Park, Maui, Hawaii, Seven Sacred pools are one of the polpular attractions in the park. The 1/2 mile loop trail goes along the pools. The water empties into the Pacific ocean.

I went for a longer hike to see the Waimoku Falls that day and on the way back took a few snaps of these beautiful waterfalls in a hurry. It was raining heavily that day keeping the camera out for long time was not possible! Also had to drive back on the narrow single winding Hana Highway for about 10 miles in the heavy rain!
